Position: Tamil Voice Process Executive
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Shift: Regular Day Shift
Week Off: Rotational
Job Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil
* Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information
* Maintain professional communication with customers
* Update customer details and call records in the system
* Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements
* Fluent in Tamil communication
* Basic English understanding preferred
* Good communication and listening skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
