About the Role
Fireblaze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Training & Placement Manager to bridge the gap between students and industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, coordinating placement drives, enhancing student employability, and ensuring successful placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Placement & Corporate Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
Generate placement opportunities for students through campus drives, recruitment events, and job fairs.
Identify new hiring partners and expand the company's employer network.
Coordinate end-to-end placement activities, including interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts.
Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports.
Student Training & Employability
Assess students' employability and identify skill gaps.
Plan and organize training sessions on aptitude, communication, interview preparation, resume building, and soft skills.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and career guidance sessions.
Ensure students are placement-ready before interviews.
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management to align placement activities.
Maintain an updated student placement database and documentation.
Schedule interviews and communicate with students and recruiters.
Ensure smooth execution of placement drives and hiring events.
Industry Collaboration
Build long-term partnerships with IT companies, startups, MNCs, and recruitment agencies.
Organize guest lectures, industrial visits, webinars, and networking events.
Stay updated with current hiring trends and industry requirements.
Requirements
Required Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or Career Services.

Prior experience in the EdTech, education, training, or IT industry is preferred.
