About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. CNC Turning Operator skilled in CNC machine setup, tool setting, offset adjustment, precision machining, and component inspection to ensure quality and production targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set CNC turning centers
- ensure quality and cycle time targets.
Required Skills
•Proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets
•Skilled in CNC control operation (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or relevant)
•Capability to set tools, adjust offsets, and optimize machining parameters
•Experience in fixture alignment and changeover for new components
•Knowledge of advanced measuring equipment (CMM basics, bore gauges, thread gauges)
•Strong understanding of machining processes, feeds & speeds, and cutting tool life management
•Ability to troubleshoot minor machine/program issues and coordinate with programming team
•Adherence to quality standards, in-process inspection, and safety protocols
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
