Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketplace Listing Support Specialist to assist with product listings, SEO optimization, and marketplace content management across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting keyword research, creating SEO-optimized product content, managing variation listings, and maintaining accurate product data across marketplaces.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written English skills, and the ability to manage listings efficiently while coordinating timely image uploads and marketplace updates.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct keyword research using Helium 10 to identify high-performing and relevant search terms
· Create SEO-optimized product content including:
o Product titles
o Bullet points
o Product descriptions
o Backend/search keywords
· Create and manage product listings on:
o Amazon
o Walmart
o eBay
· Handle full variation listings and parent-child relationships across marketplaces
· Update and optimize existing product listings
· Convert solo listings into variation listings when required
· Perform listing optimization to improve visibility and marketplace performance
· Upload listings manually when needed, especially on eBay
· Coordinate product images and ensure timely image uploads
· Maintain listing accuracy, consistency, and marketplace compliance
· Work with flat files when required for bulk listing management
· Manage product data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
· Coordinate with internal team members to ensure listings are completed accurately and on time
Required Skills & Tools
· Experience using Helium 10 for keyword research
· Strong understanding of SEO-based product listing optimization
· Familiarity with:
o Amazon Seller Central
o Walmart Seller Center
o eBay Seller Hub
· Knowledge of variation listings and listing structures
· Experience working with flat files
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
· Strong written English and product content writing skills
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
