HR Executive – Job Description
Position: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documents.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Manage PF (Provident Fund) and ESI enrollment, updates, and compliance.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Experience in PF and ESI enrollment and compliance.
- Strong document management and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/payroll
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
