Key Responsibilities
1.CSR ESG Program Management
- Support the end-to-end execution of CSR projects aligned with the company's CSR strategy and priorities.
- Coordinate with implementing agencies, NGOs, foundations, and community stakeholders for timely project delivery.
- Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and impact indicators.
- Facilitate project reviews and ensure adherence to defined objectives and outcomes.
- Support due diligence, partner assessment and onboarding.
- Support ESG assessments, ratings, surveys, industry engagements and sustainability-related projects.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation Field Assessments of CSR ESG projects
- Develop, track and maintain project monitoring frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Conduct periodic field visits to project locations to assess implementation quality, beneficiary reach, and impact.
- ESG Regulatory Updates and Benchmarking- Conduct ongoing monitoring of ESG-related developments, emerging trends, regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
4. CSR Reporting Documentation
- Prepare periodic CSR reports, management updates, board presentations, and support annual ESG CSR reports, sustainability disclosures, and board presentations.
- Maintain accurate project records, databases, beneficiary data, and evidence repositories.
- ESG Reporting Disclosures- Assist in preparation and coordination of key ESG disclosures and reports, including BRSR, data book and Integrated Annual Report
5.CSR ESG Governance Compliance
- Support compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, CSR Rules, and internal governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, procurement, and auditors to ensure adherence to statutory and financial requirements.
- Monitor budget utilization and support financial reconciliation processes.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of utilization certificates, audited statements, and other compliance documents from partners.’
- Support the effective functioning of ESG governance forums, including: ESG Working Group, ESG Steering Committee and CSR ESG Committee of the Board
5. Employee Volunteering Engagement with CSR ESG
- Design and coordinate employee volunteering initiatives aligned with CSR objectives.
- Coordinate with NGOs and internal teams for volunteer events and community engagement activities.
- Mobilize employee participation across locations and functions and track volunteer participation metrics, employee hours.
- Cross-Functional ESG Program Coordination- Liaise with various business and support functions to facilitate execution of ESG initiatives and projects. Also, monitor progress of ESG commitments and performance indicators.
7. CSR ESG Communications Impact Storytelling
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing to develop content for internal and external platforms e.g. newsletters, videos, social media content etc.
