Job Description:
Make outbound calls to potential students/customers
Explain courses and services offered by CADD Centre
Handle inbound calls and answer queries
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly
Convert leads into admissions/sales
Schedule appointments or demo sessions
Maintain good customer relationships
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English preferred)
Confident speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Persuasion and convincing skills
Patience and positive attitude
Qualification:
10th / 12th / Any Degree
