Role Objective:- Under general supervision, recommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines, or market segments. Supports sales and advertising programs including proposal generation. Performs market research projects. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience. Frequently reports to an Advertising/Marketing Communications Manager. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, Designing and Implementation of Marketing Strategy for the region Conduct Market Survey and Analysis for the country and therapies. Designing of new promotional literatures Create, design and formulate marketing activities. Roll out approved strategy, ensure implementation, take feedback & update as per feedback Market information and analysis of activities through market data Prepare and present market review slides for countries and Region Analysis of Exim /market Data Understand the market and competition for the products. Advice on feature enhancements and upgrades for future releases Create Marketing Literatures Create the product /brand cycle marketing plan Help to develop product/brand roadmap and competitive positioning Manage new product launch by preparing all inputs Support sales team with product training, demos, customer presentations, data sheets, competitive positioning Support sales on key customer deals and accompany sales personnel on key customer visits Monitor and improve sales team productivity
