Primary Position Objectives
The Product Owner will play a key part in generating technical software requirements for development teams and facilitating release cycles. They will:

Understand IDT products and services, and how to translate requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Facilitate Agile Development and Delivery, ensuring smooth sprint execution

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with technical capabilities and constraints
Key responsibilities
Product Development and Backlog Management
-
Create and maintain a detailed software backlog with clear priorities aligned with Product Management and Software teams.

Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Lead agile meetings like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-
Become a subject matter expert, facilitate demos to different teams when necessary.

Maintain software product documentation, accounting for regulatory and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with development, marketing, sales, and quality teams to ensure smooth product development and launches.

Facilitate product testing and validation to ensure technical requirements and user needs are met.

Ensure timely delivery of features that meet quality standards and business goals.
Your profile
-
3 – 5 years of Product Owner or Product Management, hands-on experience managing software development projects and working with engineering teams.

Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.

Experience in software development, system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, or DevOps. Prior experience as a developer, engineer, or technical business analyst is a plus.

Proven ability to work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business teams to deliver technical products.

Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.

Able to work in a multi-cultural environment, balancing the needs of different stakeholders.
Your skills

Managing Atlassian Cloud, Azure DevOps, or similar

Understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks.

Problem solving and critical thinking, ability to break down complex technical issues and work with teams to find solutions.

Strong communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

Influencing engineering teams, aligning stakeholders, and making trade-off decisions.
Academic
-
English C1 + any other European languages

Bachelors in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
