Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have Skills : React Native Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Roles and Responsibilities Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any roadblocks. Technical Experience : Professional and Technical Skills Must To Have Skills Proficiency in React Native. Strong understanding of mobile application development principles. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Professional Attributes : Additional Information The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in React Native. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
