Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international air ticket bookings, assisting customers with travel requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely ticketing services. The role requires basic GDS knowledge, good communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings
- Assist with itinerary creation, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, and refunds under guidance
- Provide fare quotations and basic routing options to customers
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams for booking-related queries
- Ensure compliance with airline rules and company policies
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly
- Support senior ticketing executives in day-to-day operations
- Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in air ticketing
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of GDS (Galileo / Amadeus)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in an IATA or travel agency environment
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
We are looking for an individual who can join us at our Vadodara office. The position is strictly work from the office and requires flexibility to work in the following shifts:
Late Day Shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
