Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware (desktops, peripherals, CCTV, and related devices).
- Practical experience providing technical support for operating systems and business applications, including diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Must be located within commuting distance of Nashik, Maharashtra.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Hardware/Software Support or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and system security.
- Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
- Diploma, Degree, or Technical Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, operating systems, and business applications.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors when required.
- Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and technology improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver excellent customer service.
