- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address queries regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
- Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions and transactions.
- Register, track, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (service, sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure effective resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or complaint management system.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions for management review.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling customer complaints and escalations.
- Strive to achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
