Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and managing hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to storage, networking, and compute resources within Nutanix environments.
- Ability to monitor system health and performance metrics to preemptively address potential issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies in cloud and on-premises environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Nutanix Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
