Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Senior SEO Executive to lead and manage end-to-end SEO activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and generate quality leads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Plan and implement advanced on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, internal linking, URL structure, schema, content optimization).
Manage and execute high-quality off-page SEO strategies (link building, guest posting, outreach campaigns).
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals).
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation.
Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.
Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
Hands-on experience with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Strong understanding of website architecture and SEO best practices
Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and basic technical SEO implementation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
Preferred Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO
Proven experience in ranking service-based or lead-generation websites
Strong track record of improving organic traffic and generating inbound leads
Experience handling competitive keywords and SERPs
Prior experience in industries like Compliance, Legal, Finance, GST, BIS, EPR, or Consultancy services (preferred for Professional Utilities)
Experience in WordPress optimization, schema markup, and page speed optimization
Experience managing or mentoring SEO team members
