We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator and Video Editor who can produce realistic, natural-looking and commercially effective AI videos for advertising, social media, luxury brands, corporate businesses, real estate, technology products and digital marketing campaigns.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete AI video production process—from concept development and prompt engineering to scene generation, voice-over, editing, sound design, colour grading and final delivery.
The candidate must understand how to create cinematic, realistic and emotionally engaging AI videos that do not look artificial or poorly generated.
Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet all the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional industry experience in AI video creation, video editing or digital content production.
- Must have completed at least 50 professional AI-generated videos.
- Must submit a portfolio containing AI advertisements, cinematic videos, social media reels, promotional films or branded content.
- Strong experience creating realistic human characters, natural facial expressions, accurate lip-sync and consistent characters across multiple scenes.
- Must be currently residing in Mumbai and able to work from our Sakinaka, Andheri East office.
- Immediate joiners will receive preference.
- Must have strong written and visual prompt-engineering skills.
- Must understand professional video editing, storytelling, camera movements, lighting, pacing, sound design and colour correction.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality AI-generated videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites and paid advertising campaigns.
- Produce cinematic promotional videos, corporate films, product demonstrations, luxury advertisements and social media reels.
- Convert scripts, creative briefs and client requirements into visual concepts, storyboards and scene plans.
- Write detailed prompts covering character appearance, environment, lighting, camera angle, lens, motion, mood and visual style.
- Maintain the same character, clothing, face, location and visual identity across multiple scenes.
- Generate realistic human movement, natural expressions, believable environments and professional camera movements.
- Edit AI-generated scenes into complete, polished and engaging videos.
- Add voice-over, music, sound effects, captions, transitions, motion graphics and brand elements.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, noise reduction and final mastering.
- Create multiple aspect ratios, including 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 and 4:5.
- Optimise videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube Ads and website banners.
- Create videos using client photographs, drone footage, product images, existing videos and brand guidelines.
- Identify and correct common AI-generation problems such as facial distortion, incorrect hands, unnatural motion, flickering, inconsistent characters and poor lip-sync.
- Research new AI video tools, models and production techniques.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organised project files, prompts, source assets, versions and final exports.
