Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting projects from design development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate them into design proposals.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve design/technical issues during execution.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Prepare presentations, 3D views, material selections, and design proposals.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and timely submission of deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project coordination meetings.
- Maintain project drawings, revisions, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- [2–5] years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / Photoshop is preferred.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction details, and drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,054.78 - ₹51,879.51 per month
