Rathi Living is a fast-growing premium PG and co-living brand committed to providing comfortable, secure, and professionally managed accommodations. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller cum CRM Executive to join our team and support lead management, customer communication, and resident coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, property portals, websites, and referrals.
- Explain room availability, pricing, amenities, and booking procedures to prospective customers.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the operations team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update customer interactions in CRM software.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on bookings, renewals, pending documents, and payment reminders.
- Coordinate with residents regarding check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely and professional communication.
- Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, CRM, Sales, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
