About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with proven experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines. Experience in bulk hiring for government projects and niche skill recruitment across India will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Handle niche and specialized hiring requirements across different technologies, domains, and functions.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality and hiring targets.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Execute bulk hiring drives for government and large-scale projects across multiple locations in India.
- Manage recruitment through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT (Turnaround Time), source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and position closure rates.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment documentation and reports.
- Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and mass recruitment campaigns as required.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Government, PSU, e-Governance, IT Services, Banking, or Large Enterprise Projects.
- Prior experience managing pan-India hiring requirements.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Support Engineers, Data Entry Operators, Field Staff, Operations Personnel, and Administrative Positions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
