About the Role
Spynora Holiday Homes is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to lead operational excellence across our portfolio of holiday homes, resorts, and villas. The ideal candidate will ensure service quality, implement SOPs, conduct operational audits, train teams, and improve overall guest satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all managed properties.
- Conduct operational, housekeeping, maintenance, and service quality audits.
- Develop property-specific improvement plans based on audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with company operational standards.
- Monitor guest experience and online review performance.
- Conduct staff training on hospitality standards, guest service, grooming, complaint handling, and upselling.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for managed properties.
- Present operational reports and recommendations to property owners.
- Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
