Experience Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
OR
ITI (Electrical) with minimum 7 years of experience in HT electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and operation of HT switchgears, including inspecting and testing HT breakers (11kV/33kV/66kV/66kV breakers as applicable).
Regular servicing and troubleshooting of transformers, including tests such as OLTC, BDV, etc.
Performing preventive maintenance and breakdown repair on HT electrical panels, relays, and associated control systems.
Ensuring all work is conducted in strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
Desired Skills & Certifications:
Demonstrated hands-on experience with HT electrical systems in an industrial setting, ideally within a steel plant or similar environment.
Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and operating diagnostic/testing equipment.
Holding relevant certifications such as an HT/Licensed Electrician Certificate is an advantage.
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Negotiable for highly skilled candidates.
