JOB BRIEF -
The person would be responsible to oversee all CRM functions, building the business’s overall consumer management capability in order to provide a high level of service and excellent consumer experience and capture data across all key touch-points of the business.
He/She would be a key pillar in the business’s collection strategy and serves to maximize customer experience across various projects, therefore, enabling the business to achieve its goals (financial and living experience of customers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in improving conversions by conducting regular quality checks on leads and ensuring adherence to CRM rules and processes.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and dashboards to assist in sales reviews and decision-making.
- Ensure prompt lead allocation and follow-ups, minimizing response time and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Manage, organize, and maintain business and customer data for optimal utilization and easy accessibility.
- Monitor lead status and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely updates and closure tracking.
- Identify gaps in lead handling and suggest improvements to enhance overall sales efficiency.
REQUIREMENT –
- Proven work experience as a quality check executive with 1-2 years of experience in handling CRM tools for real estate.
- Prior experience shall be preferred in commercial and residential projects.
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
