We are seeking an experienced and proactive Liaisoning Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. This role is crucial for facilitating communication, obtaining necessary approvals, and representing the company's interests effectively within the local administrative framework.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong, positive relationships with government officials, regulatory authorities, local municipal corporations, and other relevant external bodies in Hyderabad.
- Coordinate and follow up diligently on all necessary permits, licenses, approvals, and no-objection certificates (NOCs) required for various company projects and operations.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with government departments and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze changes in local government policies, regulations, and legal frameworks that could impact the company's operations, and advise management accordingly.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate and complete documentation, applications, and reports to various government agencies within stipulated timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, bottlenecks, or delays in the approval process by liaising effectively with relevant departments.
- Provide regular, detailed updates to senior management on the status of all liaison activities, potential risks, and progress made.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and national legal and regulatory requirements pertinent to the company's business activities.
- Facilitate site visits and inspections by government officials, ensuring all necessary arrangements and documentation are in order.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, submissions, and approvals.
