Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Sales Executive to build and expand our corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will connect with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and business leaders to promote our employee education and workforce development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and corporate visits.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, L&D, Talent Management, and business leaders.
- Present CareerSecure's higher education and workforce development solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable learning and development programs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of corporate partnerships.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, EdTech Sales, HR Solutions, Training, or Learning & Development Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Must own a laptop.
