Senior Sales Manager – Gas Detection (Visakhapatnam)

Blue Fence Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a Fire & Personal Safety consultancy and authorised distributor of 3M, Honeywell (PIP), KARAM, Dräger and Henkel Loctite, serving industrial clients across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Role Purpose
Drive sales of Dräger Gas Detection systems in your territory — building customer relationships, closing orders, and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales target for Dräger gas detection products in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new accounts across pharma, chemical, oil & gas, power, and manufacturing industries.
- Build relationships with EHS heads, plant/safety managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits; manage the full sales cycle from lead to order closure.
- Maintain pipeline and account data in Zoho CRM; report sales forecasts to management.
- Track competitor activity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 sales executives; set individual targets and review performance regularly.
Candidate Requirements
- Engineering degree/diploma in EIE, ECE, EEE, or related discipline preferred.
- 8–15 years in B2B/industrial sales; gas detection or safety instrumentation experience preferred.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Visakhapatnam.
- Fluent in Telugu, along with English and/or Hindi.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with field travel.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a sales team is required.
