We specialize in customised corporate gifts, commercial printing, branding, promotional merchandise, and event solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our team.
Position: Customer Care Executive cum Tele Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries generated through Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare quotations, maintain enquiry records, and complete all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for smooth order processing.
- Regularly follow up with prospects until the order is successfully closed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings.
- Maintain CRM/customer database and ensure timely updates.
- Learn about new products, printing techniques, and corporate gifting solutions.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent follow-up skills.
- Quick learner with willingness to understand products and business processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Customer Support, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Corporate Gifting, Printing Industry, Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
