We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented BDM with experience in Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality & HORECA. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field visits.
- Generate leads from retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, real estate developers, and hospitality businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, owners, procurement teams, and management.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for business closure.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Experience :- 2 - 3 Years
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
