Role Overview
We are hiring both Senior and Junior Travel Consultants to handle ticketing, reservations, reissues/refunds, and customer advisory across domestic and international travel. You will use GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre), liaise with airlines/partners, and ensure high standards of accuracy and service.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Background in travel and tourism is mandatory.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude.
- English and Malayalam communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Experience handling corporate travel and group bookings.
- Knowledge of airline waivers, fare construction, and IATA basics.
