Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout plans.
Guide clients in proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries.
Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Monitor and record client progress.
Demonstrate correct exercise methods and equipment use.
Convert members into personal training clients.
Provide basic nutrition and health advice.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional standards in the gym.
Achieve personal training and club targets set by management.
Work Timings
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 02.45PM
Evening Shift: 11.45AM - 8.30PM
Compensation
Incentives: Based on your performance
