Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan and create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and other social media content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, competitors, and industry updates.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze insights and optimize content based on performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform features.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
