- Design and implement comprehensive Test Data Management strategies to support various testing environments
- Lead initiatives in Data Masking and Data Governance to ensure data security and compliance
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate test data efficiently
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Evaluate and integrate tools like Gen Rocket IBM Optim and Delphix to enhance TDM processes
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Technology or related field
- 9 13 years of experience in Test Data Management with a strong focus on Data Masking Data Governance and SQL
- Proven track record of designing and implementing data management solutions
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Gen Rocket IBM Optim and Delphix
- Strong understanding of TDM methodologies and best practices
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good to have skills
