You will:

Assist the Plant HSE Lead in driving HSE cultural transformation and ensuring its sustenance.

Coordinate and oversee the implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environment programs and processes across plant operations.

Manage and maintain the Fire Safety Systems of the plant.
-
Lead the Behavioral observation system, including reporting, analysis, and corrective actions on top at-risk behaviors.
-
Participate in Root Cause Analysis of incidents, potential and serious near-miss cases; facilitate closure of identified actions; and maintain HSE incident data with timely reporting as per organizational standards.

Support site personnel and HSE standard owners in building their capabilities and implementing HSE standards effectively.

Provide Health and Safety expertise for all identified projects and change management activities within the plant.

Organize and conduct Safety Committee meetings, and maintain their Minutes of Meeting.

Assist in preparing training modules and ensure the execution of training programs in collaboration with the Education and Training Pillar Lead.

Support in identifying HSE-related projects and assist in preparing HSE asset requisition proposals with all relevant information, developed as a business case.

Lead and/or support the execution of HSE-related projects.

Review and analyse the lead indicators and plan the actions accordingly.

Support the Project team in ensuring safe execution of all projects.

Obtain HSE-related data from various functions and upload it to Enablon (an online database platform).

Obtain the required qualification for the HSE Pillar and act as a backup Pillar Lead.

Help the site achieve and maintain "Audit-Ready" status through continuous governance and follow-ups.

Interact with Government officials in coordination with the Mondelēz Liaising Representative.

Help the site adopt and implement best practices from other plants (internal/external) and share the site's best practices with other plants.
What you will bring
-
Experience in HSE and Fire Safety related operations and challenges.
-
Knowledge for the requirements laid down in different acts and rules related to HSE and Fire.

Knowledge and experience in technical standards and process safety.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
-
Ability to develop safety procedures
-
Good understanding of data analysis and risk assessment
Qualification :
Mandatory:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Industrial Safety
or B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in any Engineering stream
or B.Sc in Science with
and 5 years of Experience in Supervisory Role in industry.
and Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Recognized Colleges/Board or from RLI/CLI
Preferred:
NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Management System Certification
