Sales Executive – Corporate Training, Events & Institutional Outreach
About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive growth across three areas: corporate training programmes, event sponsorships & partnerships, and school/institutional seminar outreach. You'll identify prospects, pitch our offerings, and close deals — from HR managers booking leadership training to school principals scheduling career guidance sessions.
This is a target-driven, field-heavy role suited to someone who's comfortable managing a varied pipeline and switching between corporate and institutional selling contexts.
What You'll Do
Corporate Training Sales
- Prospect companies needing sales, HR, leadership, or customer service training
- Pitch decision-makers (HR heads, business owners, sales leaders) and run proposal meetings
- Work with trainers to tailor programmes to client needs, and close confirmed assignments
Events & Sponsorships
- Sell stall bookings, sponsorships, and branding packages for expos, conferences, and corporate events
- Build and present sponsorship packages and quotations
- Hand off confirmed deals to operations/marketing and maintain sponsor/exhibitor relationships
School & Institutional Outreach
- Approach schools and colleges to book career guidance seminars and student development workshops
- Secure appointments and sign-off from principals/administrators
- Coordinate seminar logistics, speakers, and materials with internal teams
Pipeline & Reporting
- Generate leads via calls, email, referrals, and social outreach
- Maintain a live CRM database of corporate and institutional prospects
- Hit monthly targets across meetings, proposals, and revenue
- Submit daily/weekly activity reports
What You Bring
- 2+ years in business development, corporate sales, education sales, or event sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required for strong candidates)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills — comfortable pitching to both corporate executives and school administrators
- Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email/social outreach
- Own transport or willingness to travel regularly for client and institutional visits
- Driving license is mandatory
