We capture India's most beautiful weddings. Behind every frame is a studio that needs to run like clockwork - and that's where you come in. We're looking for one sharp, dependable person to take the repetitive, the operational, and the easy-to-drop off the founder's plate, so the work stays focused on the craft.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN :
Client communication - enquiries, follow-ups, WhatsApp updates and delivery timelines.
Project tracking - keep shoots, edits and album deadlines on schedule and never let one slip
Studio operations - scheduling, vendor coordination, file delivery and day-to-day admin.
Social & content support - assist with posting rhythm, captions and lead follow-up.
Anything that frees up the founder to stay on the reative work.
WHO FITS :
Organised to a fault - you live in checklists and forget nothing.
Clear, warm communicator in English & Kannada/Hindi.
Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and basic tools.
Takes ownership without being chased.
Genuine interest in weddings, design or storytelling is a big plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
