Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain our products and services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
