Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage online stores, product listings, inventory, order processing, and customer support across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory.
- Process customer orders, payments, returns, and shipping.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders and products.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support online promotions, campaigns, and branding activities.
Required Skills
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Microsoft Excel, and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1+ Year in E-commerce Operations or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
