- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC machines, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and drives.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine electrical performance and ensure minimum downtime.
- Check and maintain motors, contactors, relays, MCBs, VFDs, and electrical wiring.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Ensure proper functioning of machine safety interlocks and emergency systems.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for machine availability.
- Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Support installation and commissioning of new CNC machines and equipment.
- Monitor power consumption and suggest energy-saving improvements.
- Maintain DG sets, air compressors, and utility electrical systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
