Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – HR Hiring & Staffing
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads and acquire new clients for our Hiring and Staffing services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential companies, pitching recruitment solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
- Identify companies with active hiring requirements
- Conduct sales pitches and present our Hiring & Staffing solutions to decision-makers (HR Managers, Founders, Directors)
- Fix meetings and follow up with prospective clients
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and onboard new clients
- Maintain client database and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B sales or HR/recruitment sales
- Ability to confidently pitch hiring and staffing services
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR/Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment Sales / Staffing Sales / B2B Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
