As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Business Analyst to join our software product development company focused on the natural gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze key aspects of business problems to evaluate the best solutions and present them to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to gather information on business processes and user requirements.
- Recommend changes, improvements, and enhancements in the product to the development team based on customer feedback.
- Maintain all communication records for both client and internal business meetings.
- Follow and assist project managers for projects, from implementation to go-live.
- Verify the quality of deliverables and UAT before submitting to clients.
- Report regularly to managers on project progress and technical problems.
- When appropriate, leverage Agile best practices and encourage team cohesion, overcoming impediments and hurdles to productivity.
- Assist with internal and external communication, resulting in improved transparency.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, team members, technologists, and other Scrum Masters to define solutions.
- Anticipate impediments to team delivery involving cultural barriers and logistical challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess strong analytical skills and experience in developing business domain requirements.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Exposure to the Natural Gas/Energy industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in conducting information gathering, brainstorming sessions, observation, reverse engineering, requirements workshops, and surveys/questionnaires.
- Experience with Jira and/or related tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Experience in delivering presentations and preparing reports.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
- Ability to work a schedule that aligns with the US team, as needed.
- Master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹419,084.17 - ₹1,531,748.55 per year
