Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature, developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, and creating an engaging learning environment that supports academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons according to the curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken English skills.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials to meet learning objectives.
- Encourage student participation and critical thinking through interactive classroom activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding student development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
