ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support our Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding analytics and reporting capabilities globally. This role partners closely with COE and Blackstone teams, offering high-impact exposure to global wealth management operations and data-driven decision making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare recurring sales and fundraise reporting across Private Wealth sales channels and products with a strong focus on accuracy
- Manipulate large, complex datasets to generate analytics and track efficiency of sales and marketing initiatives across global business
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the global CRM system and data infrastructure platform
- Create recurring and ad-hoc Salesforce campaigns to enable timely and accurate distribution of sales/marketing emails to 30,000+ recipients
- Generate actionable business insights through analysis of key initiatives and performance metrics
- Collaborate across global teams to support business development and reporting functions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA – Finance with a strong academic record
- 2–4 years of experience in a Finance domain role
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge and proficiency in Tableau & Sigma (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal
- Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

- Location: Bangalore – Kodathi
- Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH
- Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM OR 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Experience: 2–4 Years (Finance Domain)
- Qualification: MBA – Finance
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
