Position: Restaurant Manager (RM)
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Location: Restaurant / Hotel / Fine Dining / Café
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage restaurant staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
- Achieve sales targets and control operational costs.
- Maintain inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
Requirements:
- Graduate or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
