About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence within the automotive and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new OEM, Tier-1, and industrial customers across India.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, planning, and other internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and introduce new products.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Represent the organization during customer visits, technical discussions, vendor meetings, and industry exhibitions.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing within the Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive Components, Steel, Metal, or Industrial Products sector.
- Strong experience in business development and key account management.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage strategic customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive supply chains and industrial sales processes.
- Ability to understand technical product requirements and customer specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM software.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
