A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the company's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Present company products or services to prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with interested clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong confidence and convincing ability.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (BBA, B.Com, MBA, etc.).
- Freshers can apply; prior internship in sales/marketing is a plus.
