About the Role
We are looking for a Payment Gateway Executive to manage merchant onboarding, payment gateway integrations, transaction monitoring, and client support. The ideal candidate should have experience working with payment gateways, merchant accounts, settlements, and payment processing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Coordinate payment gateway integration with merchants and technical teams.
- Monitor transaction success rates and payment performance.
- Assist merchants with payment gateway setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Manage settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with banking partners and payment service providers.
- Resolve merchant queries related to transactions, settlements, and technical issues.
- Track and report payment gateway performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and PCI-DSS standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Payment Gateway, UPI, Net Banking, Cards, and Wallet Payments.
- Understanding of payment processing lifecycle and settlement mechanisms.
- Experience in merchant onboarding and KYC verification.
- Familiarity with payment reconciliation and transaction monitoring.
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technical and banking teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Payment Gateway, FinTech, Banking, or Payment Operations.
- Experience with merchant acquisition or payment operations is preferred.
Salary
₹10,000- 15000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
