Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Set up CNC router machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Load raw materials onto the machine safely and accurately.
- Operate CNC routers according to programmed instructions.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate cutting and quality output.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges, etc.).
- Perform tool changes and adjust machine settings when necessary.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues during production.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Follow quality control procedures and document inspection results.
- Minimize material waste and optimize machine efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Work closely with programmers, supervisors, and quality inspectors to resolve production issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
