Pinnacle Software and Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT services / software services sales in the US market.
We are looking for someone who can generate leads, handle client calls, run demos, and close deals independently. This role requires hands-on experience in the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities (LinkedIn, email, outbound)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (Lead → Closure)
- Manage US client calls, demos, and proposals
- Understand client requirements and propose IT service solutions
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Achieve revenue and conversion targets
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in IT services / software sales
- US market or international sales experience
- Strong lead generation and deal closure experience
- Experience handling client calls and negotiations
- Familiar with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Willing to work in US shift / Remote
