About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Outbound Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective business customers, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings for the sales team, and promote our technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with business decision-makers, and a passion for B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from provided databases.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant technology solutions.
- Explain product offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with CXOs, IT Managers, Finance Heads, and Business Owners.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in:
Educational Qualification
Graduate is mandatory
Preferred Degrees:
- B.Com
- BBA
- MBA (Marketing/Sales)
- Any other Graduate degree with relevant sales experience
Experience
- 1–4 years in Outbound Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Cloud Sales, ERP Sales, or Cyber Security Sales.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
