About the Role
Lowast Private Limited is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive strategic business growth and expand our client portfolio across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably within the Waste Management, Environmental Services, Facility Management, or related industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets while promoting sustainable waste management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new corporate, commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and site assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, service agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to successfully close business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service implementation and client satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales, pipeline, and business development reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in Waste Management, Environmental Services, Facility Management, Recycling, Industrial Services, or Logistics is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and business communication skills.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
