HR Recruiter Executive – Faculty Hiring

About the Role
We are looking for an HR Recruiter Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end faculty recruitment across various programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding trainers and faculty members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete faculty hiring and recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate demo sessions and interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of trainers and faculty across multiple domains.
- Coordinate with Academic and Product teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Handle offer rollouts, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in EdTech or academic hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in faculty or trainer hiring.
- Knowledge of technical and non-technical domains.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
